Today is a hot day so we will be entertaining the mouth with some fresh mexican cooking. We will be having Agujas, pronounced ah-goo-haas, which are thin steaks. These will be grilled and served with a fresh, organic pico de gallo and salsa de serrano o jalapeno asado. Drinks will be cherry margaritas.
