Crostini with Avocado

 

 

 

 

3 ripe Haas avocados, coarsely chopped

2 cloves of garlic

2 Tbsp freshly chopped cilantro

3 plums tomatoes, seeded, rinsed and coarsely chopped

3 Tbsp red onion, finely chopped

kosher salt to taste

1/2 freshly squeezed lime

Cilantro to garnish

Mixed the avocados, garlic, cilantro, onion, tomato, fresh lime juice and add the salt and pepper. Set aside in the refrigerator for 1 hour. Place a tsp of the avocado mixture on top of crostini and garnish with fresh cilantro.
