Appetizers
Jalapeno Poppers

12 small jalapeno peppers
10 ounces of soft goat cheese
6 strips of bacon
Cilantro
Decorative toothpicks
Slit the jalapeno down the middle, being careful as to not split in half. Rinse cilantro, chop and then add to the jalapeno. Add goat cheese and then wrap each pepper tightly with bacon spiking a toothpick through each one to hold together. Preheat grill to 350 degrees. Place jalapeno over medium heat and grill until bacon begins cooking. Flip the jalapeno before cheese melts. Cook slit side up until bacon is crisp and peppers are nicely blistered.
